【職缺名稱】Camp Leader-物流司機主管

【工作內容】
我們正在招募物流司機主管，負責管理酷澎通運配送據點的日常營運與人員調度，確保配送流程順利運作，是物流中心不可或缺的重要角色。

1.配送現場管理：即時因應貨量變化與突發狀況。
2.司機人力調度：負責物流司機的人力安排與管理。
3.配送流程與安全管理：確保作業流程順暢並維護現場安全。

【工作條件】
此職務須配合輪班（含假日），輪值以下班別：
• 0800-1700 日班
• 1400-2300 中班

【招募條件】
• 具電商物流／宅配／運輸相關經驗
• 具人員管理經驗
• 可接受排班與變動工時
• Excel 操作能力佳

【加分條件】
• 具備優秀的溝通技能及初級英語會話能力者
• 現場設備或事件處理經驗
