About Us:
At Aqua Life Swim Academy, our aquatic summer camps combine water confidence, skill-building, and unforgettable summer fun. We're seeking a passionate, responsible, and energetic Lead Camp Counselor with a background in aquatics to help lead our day camp program and create a safe, engaging, and meaningful experience for campers ages 7–14.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and lead daily camp programming and supervise campers in both pool and dryland activities

Support swim instructors during water-based lessons and provide deck supervision as needed

Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, responding calmly and confidently to camper needs

Help coordinate daily schedules, transitions, and games

Communicate with families during drop-off and pick-up, maintaining a professional and welcoming tone

Assist with setup and takedown of equipment, supplies, and activity areas

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreation setting

Strong swimming ability and background in aquatics

Standard First Aid & CPR-C (required); National Lifeguard (required)

Responsible, proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable

Must be available full-time during the camp session (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
