Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily billing consolidation

Daily bank recon

Daily billing posting and upload into Unit4 system

Billing vs. Compass BL reconciliation

Invoice serial & sequent managing and controlling

Issue container receipt

Container transaction consolidation report

Another assign by manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Excel Skill

English communication both external and internal customers

Accounting skills

Strong dispute and problem solving

Report analyst skill

Bachelor’s degree or higher
