Responsabilidades clave de la Camarera de Pisos:

Garantizar que las habitaciones, áreas comunes y pasillos estén siempre limpios, ordenados y listos para recibir a nuestros huéspedes.
Cumplir con los estándares de limpieza y presentación del hotel, asegurando una experiencia memorable desde el primer momento.
Atender con amabilidad y eficiencia cualquier solicitud de los huéspedes durante su estancia.
Reportar de forma proactiva cualquier incidencia o desperfecto en las habitaciones o instalaciones.
Colaborar con el equipo para optimizar el tiempo y los recursos, manteniendo siempre un ambiente de trabajo positivo.
Seguir los protocolos de higiene, seguridad y prevención establecidos por la empresa.

Requisitos para el puesto:

Experiencia previa en limpieza o servicios de habitaciones en hoteles (valorable, no imprescindible).
Actitud positiva, energía y orientación al detalle.
Pasión por el servicio al cliente y el trabajo en equipo.
Buena organización y capacidad para trabajar de forma eficiente.
Compromiso con los estándares de calidad y limpieza.
Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana o festivos si es necesario.

Key Responsibilities of the Room Attendant:

Ensure rooms, public areas, and hallways are always clean, tidy, and ready to welcome our guests.
Meet the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and presentation to deliver an exceptional experience from the very first impression.
Respond promptly and kindly to any guest requests during their stay.
Proactively report any issues or damages in guest rooms or hotel facilities.
Work collaboratively with the team to manage time and resources efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.
Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols as defined by company standards.

Requirements for the Role:

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping (preferred but not essential).
Positive attitude, energy, and attention to detail.
Passion for customer service and teamwork.
Good organization and the ability to work efficiently.
Commitment to high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends or holidays if needed.
