• Servir y preprarar el desayuno buffet diariamente.
• Celar por la organización e higienización de los materiales que serán utilizados.
•  Preparar el mise-en-place de los puntos de ventas.
•  Presentar la cuenta y recibir los respectivos pagos de los clientes.
• Colocar los pedidos en el sistema, cerrar las cuentas y emitir las respectivas facturas, cuando sea necesario.
• Ejecutar otras atribuciones relacionadas de acuerdo con la necesidad del área.
