Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Calypso Techno-Functional Developer with strong expertise in Front Office (FO) and Middle Office (MO) modules. The ideal candidate should have a balanced understanding of business processes and technical development within the Calypso platform, supporting trading, risk management, and post-trade operations.

• Work on Calypso Front Office and Middle Office modules including trade capture, pricing, risk, and lifecycle management
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (traders, risk teams, operations)
• Design and develop custom solutions in Calypso using Java and Calypso APIs
• Configure and support trading workflows, validations, and booking models
• Handle trade processing, confirmations, settlements, and risk reporting
• Collaborate with business users to enhance system functionality and resolve issues
• Perform system integration with upstream/downstream applications
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Participate in system upgrades, testing (UAT), and release management

Requirements:
• Strong experience in Calypso platform (Front Office & Middle Office)
• Good understanding of financial products: FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Fixed Income
• Hands-on experience in Java development
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, risk management, and PnL calculations
• Experience with Calypso configuration, workflows, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with SQL / Oracle databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
