Job Description

PSI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Irvine and drive revenue growth. This is an onsite position that offers an exciting opportunity to shape the sales strategy and influence the direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing sales goals, providing guidance to the team, and nurturing client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for the executive team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a call center environment or similar leadership position.
