Position Title: Call Center Operator
Reports To: Call Center Manager
Job Description: The Call Center Operator is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer communications in a fast paced environment. They serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing information, resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a fast-paced call center environment
Serve as the first point of contact for customers
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally
Process customer requests in a timely manner
Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving
Job requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish is required
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and respond effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency, including accurate data entry
Ability to multitask efficiently (e.g., typing while speaking with customers)
Patience, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude when interacting with customers
