Job Description

Position:

Inside Sales Executive / Call Center Executive – US Outbound Sales

Location:

Work from Office only – Mohali (Punjab)

Shift:

US Night Shift (Pure Night Shift)

Working Days:

5 Days Working
(Weekly offs may fall on any 2 days of the week, including split offs, based on business requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound sales calls for the US process
• Engage potential customers and drive sales conversions
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management to achieve business goals

Eligibility Criteria:

• Undergraduate or Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in an International Call Center
• US process experience preferred

• Prior outbound sales experience is highly preferred
• Candidates must have experience in US/UK international voice process (Mandatory for experienced candidates)
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills and strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply
