Cali Beach Club is looking for confident, polished VIP Hosts to deliver an exceptional experience to our premium guests.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, builds strong guest relationships, and understands the importance of first impressions and elite service.

The Role
As a VIP Host, you will:

Welcome and host VIP guests and high-value bookings

Manage booth and table allocations alongside management

Build rapport with guests and encourage repeat visitation

Liaise closely with bottle service, security, and floor teams

Ensure VIP sections are running smoothly throughout service

Uphold presentation, service, and brand standards

About You
You are:

Confident, professional, and personable

Well-presented with excellent communication skills

Experienced in nightlife, hospitality, or VIP environments

Comfortable engaging with high-end clientele

Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure

Available Friday–Sunday

(VIP hosting, bottle service, or nightclub experience is highly regarded.)
