Als Calculator bij Klomp B.V. in Amsterdam Noord houd je je bezig met het bepalen van completekorstprijsbegrotingen aan de hand van schouwing, foto’s en tekeningen. Je bent verantwoordelijkvoor het opstellen van de complete calculaties van potentiële projecten en het opstellen vanramingen voor projecten. Ook vraag je offertes aan bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en maakje begrotingen en berekeningen inzake meer- en minderwerk. De aanvragen komen vanuitinschrijvingen voor projecten maar ook vanuit het bouwteam.

De Calculator is een belangrijke spil in het gehele proces van aanbestedingen en offertes. Jebepaalt wat voor materiaal en personeel er nodig is bij het realiseren van een bouwproject.Daarnaast onderhandel je met de leveranciers om een zo goed mogelijke prijs te bedingen.
