ABOUT YOU
You are:
Experienced (at least 2 years of senior or managerial hospitality environment)
Passionate about sustainability and specialty coffee
A natural leader who thrives with autonomy
Energised by building team culture
Confident driving service standards and performance
Polished in presentation and communication
Physically comfortable in a hands-on environment
Above all — deeply committed to genuine hospitality
Must be available to work weekends as we are open on Saturdays.
Open to the occasional evening work for special events, when required.
