Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform drafting and design tasks in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, including site plans, grading plans, utility profiles, and structural layouts and details.

Ensure drawings comply with clients’ AutoCAD standards.

Performing drafting tasks in Autodesk Revit is a plus.

Collaborate with engineers and other technicians.

Maintain and organize project files to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

Associate of Applied Science in CAD or Drafting Technology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology.

3+ years of professional experience in civil drafting.

High level of efficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Experience with Autodesk Revit is a significant plus. Desired skills include BIM coordination and structural modeling in Revit.

Familiarity with civil and structural infrastructure concepts.

High attention to detail regarding realistic depictions, presentation of designs, drawing layouts, line weights, scales, and drafting standards.
