We are currently expanding our ENGINEERING SERVICES team and are looking for a CAD Rebar Detailer to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
- Create, update and revise CAD drawings, especially for formwork and reinforcement plans and 3D models.
- Experience in wood and steel construction design is a bonus. Experience in tunnel and bridge construction is appreciated.
- Prepare complete reinforcement planning independently based on European and German standards.
- Communicate with the engineer, checker, and other stakeholders on technical aspects.
- Create CAD deliverables for construction, documentation, and fabrication.
- Ensure integrity and quality of CAD drawings.
- Develop internal drawing standards and guidelines for work plan
- Successfully completed training as a draftsman for structural engineering or comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a designer in civil structural engineering
- Secure knowledge of using CAD programs, mandatory ALLPLAN
- Profound knowledge of EC2 rebar construction rules
- Experience in creating reinforcement plans for European projects
- Self-initiative and a reliable, solution-oriented and systematic way of working
- Good communication and team skills as well as the willingness to deal with changing tasks.
- Fluent knowledge of English. Other languages, especially German are welcome
