The company is experiencing unprecedented growth that will more than triple its size over a 3-year period. We are currently adding a brand-new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to the existing one, which will require new processes driven by collaboration between engineering and operations.

Brief Description: You’ll create detailed 2D and 3D models for components, assemblies, and production tooling, ensuring every design meets quality and manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed CAD drawings for parts and assemblies

Maintain accurate BOMs and technical documentation

Convert engineering specs into manufacturable designs

Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve design issues

Prepare CNC-ready files and assist with tooling design

Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements

Education/Experience:

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Drafting, Design Technology, or related field

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and GD&T

Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings

Bonuses:

Experience with CAM software and CNC basics

Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22 - 26 an hour
