We are hiring for a Cabinet Vision Draftsman experienced in Cabinet Vision to join a collaborative, people-first team that values craftsmanship, consistency, and clear communication. This role is ideal for someone in the middle of their career who enjoys cabinetry design, thrives in a supportive work environment, and wants to grow with a company that truly cares about its people. You’ll be working closely with engineering, design, and production teams to create accurate drawings that bring custom cabinetry projects to life.
What You’ll Do
Create layout and design drawings using Cabinet Vision
Produce detailed submittals, shop drawings, and cut lists
Make revisions and maintain drawing accuracy throughout project changes
Interpret architectural plans and apply proper millwork standards
Support production teams with clear, proactive communication
Participate in continuous improvement efforts across the department
Who We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience with Cabinet Vision and cabinetry fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active projects
Clear, consistent communicator who enjoys team collaboration
Organized, steady, and reliable with a pride in accuracy and craftsmanship
Ability to read architectural drawings and convert them into production-ready documents
What You Can Expect
A supportive, team-based environment—not a competitive or high-pressure one
A stable, growing company with a strong reputation for quality
Leadership that values people, communication, and continuous improvement
A role where your work directly impacts successful project delivery
Opportunities to develop your skills and advance over time
Full-time, on-site schedule (40 hours/week; occasional overtime as needed)
Working Environment
You’ll primarily work in the office with regular interaction on the shop floor to verify details and collaborate with the production team. The environment is hands-on, friendly, and craftsmanship-driven—where designers, engineers, and builders work together from start to finish.
