Cabinet Shop Helper

California Closets, San Diego is seeking motivated and driven individuals looking for an opportunity to get into the custom cabinetry industry, This is an entry level role offering a lot of room for growth. you will get exposure to the production, building, and installation of custom cabinetry and storage solutions. 

No prior cabinet experience required, on the job training will be provided.  

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be leagally authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more safely
• No prior industry experience needed

What You’ll Do 

• Assist with fabrication and assembly of custom closet components 

• Operate shop equipment (training provided) 

• Support material handling, prep work, and packaging 

• Maintain workstation organization and cleanliness 

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards 

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals 

• Load and unload materials

• Deliver parts and products to job sites and showrooms
