We are hiring for a Cabinet CAD Draftsman experienced in Cabinet Vision to join a collaborative, people-first team that values craftsmanship, consistency, and clear communication. You’ll be working closely with engineering, design, and production teams to create accurate drawings that bring custom cabinetry projects to life.
What You’ll Do
Create layout and design drawings using Cabinet Vision
Produce detailed submittals, shop drawings, and cut lists
Make revisions and maintain drawing accuracy throughout project changes
Interpret architectural plans and apply proper millwork standards
Support production teams with clear, proactive communication
Participate in continuous improvement efforts across the department
Who We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of experience with Cabinet Vision and a solid understanding of cabinetry fundamentals
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple active projects at once
A clear and consistent communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment
Highly organized, dependable, and takes pride in accuracy and quality workmanship
Skilled in reading architectural drawings and translating them into production-ready documents
