1. #R2R/RTR/Record to Report

#Exp. :- 5-8 yrs ( CA/CPA - Qualified candidates )

#Exp. :- 9-14 yrs ( CA/CMA/CWA - Qualified & Semi Qualified both )

#Location :- Bangalore/Hyderabad

Real Estate Experience. - Not mandatory

#Must have :- End to end RTR process, Month-end activities, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, IFRS, US GAAP, Lease accounting, ERP systems ( SAP/Oracle )

Notice period :- Immediate to 30 Days

2. #Group #Finance #Control

( Associate to Manager )

Exp. :- 4-14 yrs

Location :- Bangalore

Must have :- Financial Reporting, Group Consolidation, Statutory Reporting, Audit, IFRS, USGAAP, Excel, Power BI, Financial Modeling , ERP systems ( SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Onestream )

Real Estate industry will be highly preferred

#Certifications :- CA/CPA/CMA/CWA/ACCA or equivalent

3. #Regional ES Reporting

Exp. :- 4-10 yrs
