Project – the aim you’ll have

A long-term project in the Salesforce area delivered for the Advertising Office.

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Designing, preparing, and executing manual tests (functional, integration, regression).
• Testing solutions in a CRM environment, with particular focus on the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Participating in requirements analysis and collaborating with the business team, analysts, and developers.
• Documenting test results and reporting defects in Jira.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of test documentation in Confluence.
• Verifying the correctness of inter-system communication using API tools (REST/SOAP).
• Collaborating with teams using agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) as well as the waterfall model.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing.
• Ability to create and execute test cases and test scenarios, and to report defects.
• Knowledge of tools and technologies:
• Jira, Confluence
• Postman, Swagger UI
• SQL (basic level)
• SoapUI / SOAP
• UI testing (working with application graphical interfaces)
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level (project communication).

Additional skills – the edge you have

• ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level certification or higher.
• Experience in projects delivered within large corporations (working in complex structures, mature processes, cross-department collaboration).
• Experience in testing within a CRM environment.
• Knowledge of business processes in the advertising or media domain.
• A strong quality-oriented mindset and the ability to deliver detailed, reliable test scenarios.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and good communication within the project team.
