Duties and Role
• Acting as the NATO Enterprise Change Assistant for two large scale ICT changes projects within NATO.
• Support the creation of a comprehensive change management plan for the project in consultation with the project manager
• Provide advice on OCM tools, templates and methodology to Project Change Manager.
• Support the Project Change Manager in the creation of tools and documents related to project and change management, including dashboards which includes KPI for the specific projects
• Support delivery of Organisational Change Management workshops, upskilling sessions, tailored project change sessions and any other ad-hoc requests for OCM support.
• Work with CDT & NCIA to support the creation of a benchmark and reporting mechanism to assess project success from a change management perspective.
• Support the Implementation Project Manager and assistant in embedding and delivering the Enterprise OCM Framework ensuring project milestones are met on time and on budget.
• Supporting the set up of the formal network of Change focal points and subject matter experts across the Nato enterprise
• Provide hands on ad-hoc administrative support the Change Project Manager and team. Scheduling project meetings (in person and virtual), maintaining project documentation and briefings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Change Management or related discipline from a nationally recognized university.
• At the very minimum, 2 years of solid and recent experience in the following;
• Supporting Organisational Change Management Projects, providing operational and administrative support to Change Managers for both systems and process related changes.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of comprehensive change management plans in collaboration with Project Managers, including dashboards which includes KPI for the specific projects
• In a customer facing role with strong stakeholder management and diplomacy skills. Including experience of facilitating or managing senior stakeholder conversations and workshops.
• In administrative procedures including documentation management, meeting coordination, progress and project reporting.
• Establishing, supporting and managing a formal network of Focal points or experts across entities
• Strong knowledge of project and change management methodology as well as hands-on application experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in international and cross‑functional teams, coordinating across multiple locations and stakeholders.
• Established understanding of International government environment and governance structures, with experience supporting enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Experience of navigating political discussions and networking.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and ability to prepare professional documentation and reports.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and reliable, with a consistent record of delivering high‑quality outcomes and supporting complex change programs.
