Duties & Role:

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID identities, groups, roles, RBAC, and conditional access.
• Operate Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.
• Perform application lifecycle management
• Support Azure core services.
• Provide incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Maintain operational documentation and standard procedures.

Security, Availability & Governance

• Enforce least‑privilege access and zero‑trust principles.
• Support MFA, device‑based access, and security baselines.
• Assist with backup, recovery, and resiliency for cloud workloads.
• Participate in change, risk, and impact assessments.

Requirements:
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• 3-5+ years of experience in cloud administration or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong hands‑on administration of Microsoft 365.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.
• Knowledge of Azure core services.
• Cloud security best practices (identity, endpoint, logging, auditing).
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting
• Collaborative and team-oriented
• Delivery- and performance-driven
• Proven support of business‑critical systems with defined SLAs.
• Demonstrated incident handling
