Our organisation is accelerating its digital transformation through a dedicated innovation accelerator designed to address new digital challenges. This initiative leverages design thinking, cross‑functional (fusion) teams, and agile methodologies.

Multidisciplinary teams analyse concrete business challenges and develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate business value. Successful MVPs are subsequently scaled into robust, production‑ready digital solutions.

We are looking for a motivated C# Software Engineer to contribute to the design and development of innovative software solutions that modernise and transform business processes.

You will work on a wide range of innovation projects, frequently involving emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and domain experts to turn ideas into scalable, maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high‑quality C# / .NET applications supporting innovation initiatives.
• Develop new features, enhance existing components, and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

AI‑Driven Solution Engineering

• Work with emerging AI technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), computer vision, and intelligent automation.
• Build AI‑enabled prototypes and applications, including AI agents and generative AI solutions.
• Develop solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments, using technologies such as C# and Python.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows and explore how new technologies can create tangible business value.

Architecture & Technical Design

• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and technology selection.
• Apply modern architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Ensure that prototypes are technically sound and capable of evolving into scalable, maintainable production systems.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with product owners, business experts, data specialists, business analysts, and developers.
• Participate in workshops, co‑creation sessions, and technical reviews to ensure alignment and shared understanding.

Required

• Strong proficiency in .NET / C#
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerised environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps workflows
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and clean code practices

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases)
• Experience with the Blazor frontend framework
