《你的工作包含什麼項目呢?》
• 出勤與假別管理:負責門禁卡鐘管理、每日出勤紀錄拋轉、排班與調班作業、同仁差勤諮詢與異常處理,並維護差勤系統運作;另包含特休及各類特殊假別之給假管理。
• 報表彙整與分析:彙整每月加班報表、病假分析、年度特休報表製作,並負責RPA系統運作維護。
• 薪資計算與管理作業。
• 管理約聘員工合約及相關行政流程。
• 支援部門行政事務及主管交辦事項。
 
We are looking for a partner with strong attention to detail and solid logical thinking skills to join our HR Operations team. In this role, you will start with core responsibilities in attendance management and administrative practices. By handling daily details with care, you will help safeguard employee rights and ensure smooth operations. What will your responsibilities include?
• Attendance and Leave Management: Oversee access card and time clock systems, manage daily attendance records, handle scheduling and shift adjustments, provide employee attendance consultations, resolve exceptions, and maintain the attendance system. This also includes managing annual leave and special leave entitlements.
• Reporting and Analysis: Compile monthly overtime reports, conduct sick leave analysis, prepare annual leave reports, and maintain the RPA system.
• Payroll Administration: Support salary calculation and payroll management processes.
• Contract and Administrative Management: Manage contracts and administrative procedures for contract-based employees.
• Departmental Support: Assist with general administrative tasks and carry out assignments from supervisors.

Qualifications and Qualities We Look for in a Partner
