·       负责整机产品的开发与工程测试，根据博世标准产品开发流程（PDP）与客户和供应商紧密合作

·       能够独立的完成根据项目目标而制定的任务

·       根据专业知识提供指导意见给市场部门，选择供应商，测试，质量和采购，以确保目标得以实现

·       为现有的和新的产品探索创新，以争取提高质量及降低成本

·       本科或以上学历，机械或电气工程相关专业

·       3年以上整机新产品开发过程或相关行业工作经验

·       熟练的英语听说读写能力

·       熟悉FMEA, 产品开发项目风险评估，机械设计，塑料模具，压铸，冲压，齿轮传动，电力驱动

·       熟悉整机装配工艺

·       熟悉CAD（PRO/E）或相关设计软件
