负责Buyout (OEM/ODM) 电动工具产品开发过程和量产维护过程中的质量技术管理工作，主要工作包括：

• 作为项目团队成员负责产品开发项目过程中的质量保证工作，确保项目各阶段样品达到质量要求，参与项目各阶段活动，主持QG质量门会议和产品的质量放行
• 作为项目团队成员负责产品开发项目过程中的过程设计质量保证工作，确保产品制造过程满足博世标准要求，主导过程FMEA会议和产品生产全过程的质量放行
• 和海外团队共同完成项目质量保证计划，产品测试计划和审核计划的制定和实施
• 跟踪样品测试状态，评估汇总测试结果，为项目阶段审批、汇报或升级提供依据
• 主导或协助项目和量产过程中发现的测试失效分析PSS/8D，与海外团队沟通汇报，以及跟进客户抱怨，推动产品设计，过程工艺或材料等的改进，提升产品质量
• 作为质量技术支持产品的工程和设计变更的实施，对变更后产品和过程进行验证和质量放行
• 为质量检验团队提供项目量产后的技术和检验标准的持续支持
• 参与对整机供应商的VDA6.3过程审核活动

• 机械、机电类相关专业大学本科学历
• 3-5年消费品新产品开发项目经验
• 有注塑件模具设计，金属机械加工，电子软硬件，和电动工具项目开发经验者最佳
• 具备主导团队进行问题分析与解决的能力，掌握质量管理工具PSS/8D 等
• 熟练英语听说读写能力，能与海外团队成员进行流畅沟通和汇报
• 能适应中高强度出差
