About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail buying. You'll work closely with our Buying team, learning the foundations of curation, pricing, authentication, and inventory management in a fast-paced resale environment.
Support Product Excellence
Assist with daily buying tasks including printing, tagging, and organizing new merchandise.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all items meet our standards and align with brand values.
Support RFID accuracy and inventory management through daily queries and status updates.
Learn to use our inventory systems and contribute to smooth product flow.
Build Knowledge & Relationships
Shadow the buying team in supplier interactions and client follow-ups.
Develop product knowledge and gain exposure to pricing strategies and market trends.
Share observations and insights with the team to support buying decisions.
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner with Buying, Operations, and Sales teams to improve operational efficiency.
Provide administrative and hands-on support to keep buying activities running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
Strong interest in and knowledge of luxury designer brands, particularly handbags and jewelry.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to balance analytical and creative tasks.
A collaborative spirit and willingness to take a hands-on approach.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
Education: Currently pursuing a college or university degree/certification in Fashion, Business, or Merchandise Management.
Internship Eligibility
This internship is intended for students seeking practical fashion industry experience and may qualify for student funding programs.
To be considered, candidates must:
• Currently be enrolled in a college or university program
• Be returning to their studies following the internship term
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada
Internship Term
• Internship duration: May–August 2026
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week
