Κρεοπώλης (Butcher)

Καθήκοντα:

• Επεξεργασία, κοπή και προετοιμασία κρεάτων σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα ποιότητας.
• Διασφάλιση της σωστής αποθήκευσης και συντήρησης των προϊόντων κρέατος.
• Τήρηση των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Συνεργασία με την ομάδα κουζίνας για την κάλυψη των αναγκών.

Requirements:
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση κρεοπώλη ή σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο.
• Γνώσεις τύπων κρεάτων και τεχνικών κοπής.
• Εξοικείωση με τους κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
• Καλή οργανωτική ικανότητα και υπευθυνότητα.
• Ικανότητα εργασίας κάτω από πίεση και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
