Join a vibrant and growing Business Valuation practice at one of South Florida’s Best Places to Work. Kaufman Rossin is seeking an experienced Business Valuation professional to join our India team. This role is designed for a self-sufficient professional with direct, hands-on valuation experience who can operate independently with minimal oversight and training.
This position works closely with U.S.-based valuation teams and supports complex valuation engagements involving privately held businesses, intangible assets, and equity-related instruments for financial reporting, tax, transaction, and litigation purposes.
This is not an entry-level or training role. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute immediately and take ownership of workstreams.
How You’ll Contribute:
• Independently perform valuation analyses with limited supervision
• Analyze financial statements and normalize earnings
• Develop and review valuation models (income, market, and asset-based approaches)
• Conduct industry, company, and economic research
• Prepare high-quality valuation workpapers and draft report sections suitable for U.S. client delivery
• Coordinate directly with U.S.-based Managers and Partners
• Identify valuation issues, apply professional judgment, and escalate matters appropriately
Requirements:
What Skills You’ll Bring:
• Direct experience performing business valuations (required)
• 4–7+ years of relevant valuation experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward valuation credentials preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency; ability to work independently within existing templates
• Strong written communication skills and comfort working with U.S.-based teams
