We’re looking for a commercially minded and people-focused leader to head up our Agent Onboarding and Express Conveyancing functions.
This is a high-impact role responsible for scaling onboarding performance, improving time-to-activation, and driving operational excellence across fast-track conveyancing services. You’ll own strategy, performance, and continuous improvement — ensuring agents and customers receive a seamless, high-quality experience.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and evolve our end-to-end agent onboarding journey
• Drive performance and efficiency across Express Conveyancing
• Improve activation speed, service levels, and customer satisfaction
• Own performance metrics, commercial outcomes, and team engagement
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, compliant growth
Requirements:

• A track record of improving processes and performance

Experience in property or regulated environments is helpful but not essential.
