Passionate about customers? We are looking for people who can integrate the power of AppZen to our fast growing list of Fortune 500 customers. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Transformation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum value from AppZen’s AI based AP automation solutions. You will work closely with customers to facilitate change management, achieve ROI and ensure adoption of AppZen’s Accounts Payable solution.


Responsibilities::
• Develop and execute the overall transformation roadmap for AP automation in alignment with finance and enterprise digital strategy
• Design and implement a structured change management plan that ensures successful adoption of AP automation tools across the customer organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation tailored for AP team members and their varying levels of digital fluency.
• Establish a feedback loop with AP staff to continuously gather input, monitor sentiment, and adjust rollout plans accordingly.
• Drive cultural adoption of AI automation and digital tools, reinforcing behaviors that support long-term transformation goals.
• Providing reports to show the value AppZen is providing along with ROI.
• Real ownership of your projects and real influence in our Customer Success organization.
• Must be able to travel to customer locations as needed.


Must Haves::
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Humble and friendly personality with an open and honest communication style.
• 3+ years of experience in enabling enterprise SaaS/software adoption, account or other business consulting focused on Procure To Pay and Accounts Payable processes and driving change management in global organizations.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Exceptional customer presence and presentation skills; comfortable in talking with C-level executives and front-line managers
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team oriented environment and enable customer change champions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong background in accounting and finance is a nice to have.
