• Working closely with C-suite stakeholders (CDO, CIO, CMO, COO) as a trusted transformation partner
• Contributing to consulting-led business development, proposals and value cases
• Shaping Data & AI elements of transformation roadmaps and integrated client propositions
• Supporting account growth and long-term client relationships
• Mentoring and developing Data & AI consultants and managers
• Helping evolve methodologies, assets and ways of working across the practice

• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, AI and data governance
• Proven experience embedding Data & AI into broader business transformation programmes
• Credibility and confidence engaging senior client stakeholders
• Commercial acumen, with experience supporting proposals and account growth
