Job Overview

Join Jobstreet Singapore as a Business Transformation Lead, responsible for driving and operationalising growth initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and internal teams. You’ll turn defined strategies into measurable outcomes by leading hands-on execution, managing delivery of programs, and tracking performance to ensure success on the ground.

The Role

• Execute growth programs and campaigns end-to-end — from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and operational readiness.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and course-corrections where needed.
• Empower frontline teams with effective tools, training, and materials to support success.
• Act as the bridge across Commercial, Operations, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Improve and scale processes to make successful initiatives repeatable.

So, what we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in operations, growth execution, program management, or sales enablement.
• Strong execution mindset with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple workstreams.
• Effective communicator and collaborator across all business levels.

Desired Values

• Experience supporting Sales or customer-facing teams.
• Regional experience, especially within Southeast Asia job markets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.
