Overview:

You will be responsible to get a deep understanding of the Company’s local, regional and global industrial processes, collaborating with the Industrial leads to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend proper IT design and applications.

Our ideal candidate will analyze business requirement to recommend proper IT applications, design, implement, document these solutions, coordinate the implementation projects in digitalization providing technical advice.;

Will work with Industrial Automation, Quality, Enviroment Health & Safety, Plant Maintenance, production planning team creating a roadmap to became these areas digital adopter and transform the way we produce.

Will capture, from Operations leadership in the region, the priorities, main goals, needs, strategic for 3-4 year ahead and align all BT areas around it.

Will submit all demands throught BT governance to engage Infraestructure, Data Science, Product Development, CyberSecurity & others teams.

Essential Functions:

Analyze business needs, identify opportunities for system and process improvements, work with industrial OT teams to harmonize the BT system landscape, ensuring convergence process.
Identify opportunities, together with functional lead, for system and process improvements; grant harmonisation of solution for the differentroll out initiatives, while supporting the live plants going forward (together with third parties of other Bunge colleagues)
Be the custodian for Cyber security policy, providing IT guidance and ensuring the policy is maintained, updated, and implemented (including the work with auditors)
Identify opportunities for system and process improvements; drive implementation of these improvements into system configuration, considering matching other IT capabilities
Work with ICS vendors and third party integrator, and ensure their service and performance is monitored for the highest standard
Coordinate the current BT systems implementations, business needs to translate into proposed solutions, be the custodian for cyber security policy, coordinate the current IT systems implementations, business process improvements and support Operations Staff.
Close to Architecture team, oriente the solutions in a long term view
Keep available and up to date the Operations roadmap having 4 elements
Production sites infrastructure (ICS)
Software used by Industrial Operations
SAP funcionalisties and Shopfloor data integration
Operations 4.0 Use Cases

Requirements:

Engineering qualifications or equivalent (Computer engineering, or Process Automation Engineering preferably), or equivalent combination of education and or experience
+8 years expertise in application management and stakeholders Management;
Exposure to Process Integration projects;
Exposure to OT network Integration projects including security aspects;
Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and cybersecurity; IT skilled;
Must be highly analytical, team player, with ability to learn quickly; can prioritize and multi-task while under pressure;
Must be self-starter and proactive, including managing deliverables, ability to work independently, understanding timelines and deadlines with minimal guidance.
Must have a desire to continuous learning, while sharing knowledge.
Must be available for off-hour, on-call support as needed.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages a plus.
