Sonsoft , Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

Open position for a strong Senior Systems Analyst but one who also has a technical background. They will be primarily meeting with business partners and project managers to determine scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve system issues, and lead prioritization of build items. While also communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
It will be seldom but this persons technical background will allow them to monitor data loads, configure the system and assist with testing when needed. They do not need to know how to code.
*Strong business and analyst skills.
*6-9 years experience in complex IT eCommerce Software and Hardware business requirements definition, process and business analysis
* Written and verbal communication, documentation of requirements.
* Extensive experience in eCommerce is required
* Experience in retail is required
* Experience working with Agile methodologies is required.
* Some experience with WebSphere Commerce is required
* Experience with checkout processes is a plus (Payment ID, payment processes, order capture, conversion optimization) *Experience with online Order Management
* Experience with payment processing online is a plus
