Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Systems Analyst, with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IDAM), IT Service Management and ability to work with multi-cultural onshore and offshore IT support teams. The ideal candidate must have an operational background across Data Center operations, SDLC management, project management and Identity lifecycle.

The Technical Systems Analyst will serve as a functional subject matter expert and customer liaison for the assigned Identity and Access Management application modules. The role is responsible to provide direct engagement with both non-IT customers and technical architects, designers and operational teams working on the Identity and Access Management portfolio.
