About The Role

PolyNovo is currently searching for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Controller, the Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of key business applications. Supporting day-to-day systems operations you will enhance user experience and drive improvements across finance-related processes.

You will be responsible for; 

Act as the subject matter expert for ERP, SAP Concur, and ADP payroll systems.

Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and coordinate with IT and vendors.

Manage configuration changes, testing cycles, UAT, and go‑live activities.

Maintain data integrity, system compliance, and audit‑ready documentation.

Create and update SOPs, process maps, and system documentation.

Deliver end‑user training and develop user guides.

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements across teams.

Lead system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects.

Support reporting automation and BI tool development.

Serve as the primary contact for external IT audits and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable

3–5 years’ experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Finance Systems Analyst role

Strong experience working with ERP systems and SAP Concur

Solid understanding of finance and business processes

Demonstrated experience delivering system implementations and driving process improvements

Strong documentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders

Hands-on, self-directed approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Visio, SQL, or other data query tools is highly regarded.
