    Provide a robust and comprehensive testing practice that allows identifying correctness, completeness, and quality level of software products.
    Implement short delivery times which in turn enhance optimization of resources.
    Run parallel testing efforts (manual\automated, application profile)
    Build better applications, hence less rework.

Business Analyst
Duration: 4+ months contract
Location: NYC, NY

•   Minimum 8+ years of work experience Business Analysis in Financial Domain.
•   Strong experience in Data mapping and Data verification in Financial Domain.
•   Strong experience in Data Quality validation.
•   Strong experience Oracle SQL.
•   Strong experience in preparing BRDs.
•   Strong experience in analyzing business rules and defining data elements.
•   Proficient in gathering requirements from Business and obtaining their signoffs on the requirements.
•   Maintain Requirements Traceability and keep project team informed on any changes in the requirements through defined change management process
•   Define and maintain Business Value Realization plan.
•   Experience in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
•   Experience in developing applications using Agile framework.
•   A strong team player with a focus on quality, attention to detail.
•   Strong Communication skills
