Title: Business System Analyst

Location: Burnsville , MN

Duration: 12+ months ( Only W2) - No telecommute

Rate : DOE

Summary:

Maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.

Responsibility level: Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor.

Skills and Competencies:

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.

Knowledge of computer software, such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate and organize training and development curriculum for on-coming personnel including the scheduling and logistics of in-person training's.

Create detailed task plans needed for software implementation by meeting with developers and analysts and organizing their plans into step-by-step processes to be executed as once complete project.

Provide updated status reports to management on a timely basis.

Must be a quick learner with very good work ethic and have familiarity with working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Note: This position is not eligible for Overtime billing.
