Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Staff Analyst to join the
Manufacturing Operations Support & Logistics (MOS&L) Operations Integration team in Everett, WA.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive business support to organizational leadership while helping drive employee initiatives and strategic alignment with executive leaders. This is an opportunity to play a crucial role in facilitating key meetings, managing staffing plans, and contributing to project execution.
Position Responsibilities:
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data
• Provides feedback on assessment results
• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
• Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
• Works under general direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5 years of related work experience or equivalent experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (5 years is high for a level 3)
• Experience collecting, interpreting data, and/or managing projects for Senior Leadership (5 years is high for a level 3)
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Prefer Proficiency with…
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in scheduling and logistics management
• Experience working across organizations and interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
• Experience in a role that required creative, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, strong collaborative skills, strong written and verbal communication
• Experience performing in a change management, program management, or business operations role
• Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership
• Experience successfully managing multiple high-volume, complex projects
• Experience with staffing and resource quantity to meet requirements
