• Provide Administration Service for Remedium Team
• Maintain and update job trackers on a daily basis
• CV formatting and badging in line with client and regional requirements
• Support Executive search projects (mass mailing)
• Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
• Arranging post and deliveries
• Updating records using a database
• Ordering office supplies
• Maintaining office systems
• Liaising with colleagues in other departments, e.g. Operations, Sales, finance, HR, marketing for other ad-hoc duties
• Assist during critical tasks and high-priority projects to ensure timely delivery
• Champion the Remedium Values and ensure Operational Excellence is achieved
• Complete the Company’s personal development review, as required
• Any other job-related duties
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous administration experience with a fast-paced international Company
• Fluent Business English – both written & spoken
• Empathy, listening skills, patience
• Self-motivated professional
• Well organised and professional
• Presentable and soft spoken
• Attention to detail
• Educated to Graduate level from any specialty
• Strong IT (Microsoft) skills
Must be willing to work in UK shift hours
