Everybody should have some level of first aid ability, because accidents and medical emergencies can happen anywhere at any time. St John First Aid courses give the knowledge and confidence to provide effective first aid whenever it's needed.
Our courses range from adult first aid training, children's first aid, mental health first aid, and industry-specific modules through to advanced resuscitation for hospital employees. 
As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative support to both internal teams and external clients, for both public and private courses.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role, with multiple priorities throughout your day. Your day-to-day work will include:
• Managing incoming KACE queries from both private and public courses, responding to general enquiries and ensuring high-quality and prompt responses.
• Managing private and public course bookings.
• Keeping accurate records of learner attendance, payments, and certification.
• Supporting the smooth running of our training programmes and provide on-the-ground support to tutors and learners.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 8am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5.00pm.

What you'll bring:
• Proven experience in high-volume administration, coordination, and customer service.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Accurate data-entry skills and an overall strong attention to detail. 
• Proficiency with the full range of Microsoft Office tools. 
• Experience using Salesforce and/or Arlo is highly advantageous. 
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to pivot when required. 
• Clear and confident communication skills.
