Title: Business Rules Analyst

Location: New Carrollton, MD

Duration: Long Term

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in performing systems analysis for business rules applications
• 3+ years of experience in performing systems analysis for large scale, complex applications with high performance needs
• 3+ years of experience IBM Rational Requisite Pro or equivalent requirements management tool
• Experience with various development methodologies (i.e. Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) in Software Development Life Cycle management
• Experience with documenting and proposing business processes, business flows, and rules
• Experience in Rule/Decision Analysis (FICO Blaze)
• Experience designing and developing business object models
• Experience with Java/J2EE
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong client interaction skills
• Experience developing detailed requirements documents (i.e. uses cases)
• Participate in and facilitate workshops/JAD sessions
