Business/Research Analyst (Capital Markets)

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis in the capital markets sector to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and challenges within capital markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting capital markets.
• Engage with clients and external stakeholders to understand their needs and provide research support.
• Utilize data analytics tools to create models and forecasts for capital market trends.

Requirements:
• 1-3+ years of experience as a Business/Research Analyst in capital markets.
• Strong understanding of capital markets products, structures, and regulatory environments.
• Proficient in data analysis
• Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise reports.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R) for financial analysis and reporting.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
