What You’ll Do
Engage with new leads across phone, email, digital platforms, and in person
Explain services and identify client needs
Qualify leads and move them through the pipeline
Follow up consistently to convert opportunities
Represent TerraImm at events and outreach initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with CRM systems
Spanish required | English preferred
Motivated, goal-oriented, and confident
