Responsibilities:

• Support the program mangement cell by streamlining administrative workflows, manageing documentation, and facilitiating coordination aross program stakeholdsers to ensure efficient execution of cusomter priorities, including surge operations. The role requires individuals capable of interpreting complex or inclomplete informatino, collaborating effectively with internal teams and IC partners, and working independently with minimal oversight

• Develops concide and insightful program reports, process improvement recommendations, and briefings; leads small teams in the research, analysis, and resolutions of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integrations with DIA mission fuctions

• Prossesses experience in information sharing, conflict resolition, and cross-functional coordination is vital to maintain program alignment and mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

• 8 years experience intepreting complex and incomplete information, and working with large data sets

• Knowlege and experience with leading small teams in the research, analysis, and resolutions of multifaceted programmatic challenges, such as resource allocation, risk tracking, and integrations specific to DIA mission fuctions

Security Clearance:

• TS/SCI with CI polygraph.
