Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) Consultant to support an ECC to S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will play a key role in the design, configuration, validation, and deployment of S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices and the project’s Global Template approach. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, deep knowledge of SAP FI processes, and prior exposure to transformation projects using SAP Activate and implementation accelerators. Experience in cement, building materials, manufacturing, or heavy industries is highly desirable. The resource will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure successful migration, adoption, and stabilization of S/4HANA Finance.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities The SAP FI Consultant will be responsible for: Leading and facilitating Fit-to-Standard workshops for Finance processes. Supporting the design and validation of the S/4HANA Global Template for Finance. Mapping business requirements from ECC to S/4HANA Finance. Configuring SAP S/4HANA Finance according to project standards and best practices. Identifying and documenting gaps, RICEFW requirements, and process changes. Collaborating with technical teams on: Interfaces Enhancements Conversions Reports Forms Supporting data migration activities, including: Mapping Validation Reconciliation Preparing and executing test scenarios: Unit Testing (UT) Integration Testing (IT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Providing training support and knowledge transfer to business users. Supporting cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities. Working closely with project managers, other functional consultants, and system integrators to ensure timely delivery. Ensuring alignment with SAP Activate methodology and project governance.

Essential Skills

Required Experience The consultant should have:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP FI. At least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations, including: At least 3 S/4HANA implementations (S/4 preferred).

• Proven experience using SAP Activate methodology, including: Fit-to-Standard workshops Best Practices and Starter Systems Configuration and testing using accelerators Strong expertise in core SAP FI modules, including: General Ledger (FI-GL) Accounts Payable (FI-AP) Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) Asset Accounting (FI-AA) Bank Accounting (FI-BL) Financial Closing & Reporting Experience with: Data migration from ECC to S/4HANA (LTMC/DMO or other tools) Fiori apps for Finance Integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, PS)

• Prior experience in industries similar to cement, construction materials, manufacturing, or industrial sector is a strong plus.

• Experience working in global or regional rollout programs is preferred.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
