PRIORITY Quality Consultants, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking a talented Business Process Consultant to join our team for a major transformation project in the public sector, running until December 2027, with the possibility of contract renewal and further collaboration depending on project needs and performance. This role is pivotal in guiding organizations through significant changes, optimizing operations, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing business processes, operating models, and organizational frameworks to identify opportunities for optimization and transformation.
• Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering, translating business needs into clear functional and operational specifications.
• Design and implement business transformation initiatives, aligning process improvements with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Map, document, and optimize business processes using process modeling methodologies, ensuring efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather insights, validate requirements, and build alignment around transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support project planning, execution, and delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and analytical deliverables for clients and senior leadership.
• Provide recommendations on digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of new technologies and process improvements.
• Integrate change management practices to support the successful implementation of transformation initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact and performance of implemented solutions, using metrics and data-driven insights to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field; an MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience of experience in business process improvement, transformation, consulting, or related roles.
• Familiarity with process mapping tools and the ability to model business processes clearly and consistently in accordance with the BPMN standard.
• Proven expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of operational excellence practices and performance improvement tools.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in using project management and business analysis tools.
