Business Process Analyst (m/f/d)

Your mission:
• Process Architecture & Governance• Manage the internal process structuring and mapping for the Wingcopter organization with the value chain for development, industrialization, production and delivery and service of drones and unmanned vehicle aircraft. This includes related core and enabling processes. 
• Model, document, and analyze company-wide processes using state-of-the-art Business Process Management standards within tools such as SAP Signavio.
• Develop, govern and maintain standardized documentation structures, templates, and process overviews.
• Continuously update the internal process manual.

• Continuous Improvement & Framework Implementation • Support the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology within the Business Process Framework. 
• Continuously analyse and improve the usability, quality, and consistency of the overall process landscape.
• Drive the enhancement and optimization of processes, methods, and procedures across domains

• Tool Governance & Quality Assurance• Maintain and manage the technical issue log within the BPM tool (e.g., errors, malfunctions, inconsistencies) and support resolution 
• Ensure data integrity, structural consistency, and governance within the process management system and the linkage to the related tool framework

• Reporting, Risk & Audit Support • Preparation of reports with summary of process issues, risks and recommendations
• Support and coordinate internal and external process audits 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define, align, and optimize processes

Your profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field 
• Experienced in process modeling, management, architecture or similar role 
• Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and process architecture frameworks 
• Practical experience working with business process management tools (e.g., SAP Signavio or similar platforms)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to design, document, analyze, and continuously improve end-to-end process landscapes 
• Basic knowledge of the airspace quality principles and standards is advantageous 
• A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams to support process excellence
• Knowlegde about stardards and regulations like ISO 9001, DIN EN9100
