About our Client:
Our Client is a bus and coach manufacturing MNC company headquartered in Dharwad, India.
There products are being used or inducted in several Indian cities as part of the local transports fleet like Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Mysore, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chandigarh, Pune, South Kanpur, Kochi, Madurai, Hyderabad, Thane, Trivandrum, Visakhapatnam, Vijayawada and Amritsar etc. It is a low-floor bus with both air conditioned and non air conditioned variants available.
1) Analysing direct material cost
2) Analysis of Manpower productivity
3) Analyze of each element of variable conversion cost and fixed cost.
4) Carry out the cost benefit analysis for outsourcing proposal.
5) Compilation of product-wise contribution and monthly profitability with variance with respect to budget.
6) Compilation of budgets.
7) Identifying and working on areas of cost reduction.
8) Developing and improving internal control systems.
9) Feasibility analysis for capex incurrence
About Position:
Experience: 4-7years
Qualifications: CA/ICWA Qualified.
Location: Dharwad,Karnataka.

2) Good in interpersonal skills.
3) Ability to train and motivate people
4) Good communication and presentation skills.
Technical Competencies
1) Competent to understand and interpret financial statements.
2) In-depth knowledge of business processes in manufacturing setup.
3) Good knowledge of SAP MM, FI and CO modules is essential.
4) Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxes.
5) Ability to interpret various laws and legal documents.
